Refund policy

We’re a small shop supporting local artists and makers, so most of our items are final sale, especially consignment, handmade, personalized, and perishable goods. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@lakehughesoutpost.com, and we’ll make it right.

Eligible returns may be accepted for store credit or exchange only, and must be approved in advance. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error.

We don’t accept returns without prior approval. Please reach out with any questions, we’re happy to help!
